This lovely holiday home is situated on Station Road, along the back road to Ennistymon. 

With 3 bedrooms and lots of extra living space - this holiday home is the perfect house to get families together. 

3 double rooms (1 ensuite), sleeping up to 6, with an additional 2 communal bathrooms. It has a second floor conservatory and lovely views of Lahinch from the front of the house and rollings hills to each side. 

This house has loads of privacy, yet is only 1.4 km from Main Street Lahinch. You will have the best of both worlds whether you want a quiet weekend away or to get involved in all Lahinch has to offer!

**** Important to Note**** The owners have kindly asked that the upstairs of the house is not used as it is not advertised on the rental (photos). They use this part of the property when they come to stay with their family. You are welcome to have a look around if you fancy but the rooms will be locked.

• There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

• All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR ALL OUR PROPERTIES:

Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
