Rozelle has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite. 

Living space decorated to high standard, ideal for a family or small group holiday.

There is a fully equipped galley style kitchen, opening to the dining area. The sitting room has a large wood burning stove, great for those cold winter evenings.

There is sofa style garden furniture on the decking outside the kitchen, along with BBQ and electric awning.

This architecturally designed home in Clare is approx 15 years old, set in 0.5 acres of lovely landscaped gardens, one of the best features of the house is the wrap-around wooden decking which allows plenty of opportunity to sit and take in the expansive country view and enjoy the teeming bird life.

The house is situated 9 mins drive from the coastal village of Lahinch, in a quiet countryside location.

Golf and Beach activities are among the main attractions in Lahinch. The village is unique with a beach which has 2 kms of fine golden sand with the championship links course almost two-thirds surrounded by the beach and sea. Its second golf course is also a fine 18 hole coastal course. Lahinch Golf Club and Golf Courses are World renowned and often described as the ‘Saint Andrews of Ireland'.

The picturesque village of Liscannor and the renowned Cliffs of Moher are a short drive from our house.

The Burren landscape and the Aran Islands are all reachable by car as is the music capital of Clare - the village of Doolin.

For the walking/cycling enthusiast or those in need of a haven from city stress - Lahinch is the answer.

Irish music (Doolin), beaches (Lahinch, Fanore), surfing (surf schools at Lahinch beach), walking, horse riding, cliffs of Moher nearby.

Car is necessary.

There are steps from elevated decking down into garden, also steps from kitchen to sitting room, young children should be supervised.

Your stay will include:

2 bathrooms - One Ensuite and one on the ground floor. One WC on the ground floor.

  • Check in from 4pm

  • Check-out at 10am

  • There are late check out and check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

  • Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

  • All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

  • If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.


Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
