End of terrace apartment within communal courtyard. Open plan living with kitchen and WC downstairs. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

The apartment is decorated in cosy/funky style. The open plan living is laid out so that there are 3 distinct areas which guests can enjoy - TV, Dining, Reading (and also a small high table area for a drink or to catch up on some work). The double height skylight gives lovely light while also adding to the funky feel (think New York loft!). The location is amazing. 5 mins or less walk to beach, golf courses and all the village of Lahinch has to offer.

Lahinch is renowned worldwide for its beach, surfing and championship golf course, which are all less than 5 mins walk from the house. The food and drink offerings in the village have evolved over the last few years, where there now is something for every occasion to choose from. A drink and Irish trad session in Frawleys, buzzy bistro meal in The Edge, fine dining in Vaughan's on the Prom or a super Italian takeaway from the lovely Ravioli Verde are just some of our favourite things! If and when the weather is curtailing beach or golf activities, watching sport in the Nineteenth is always fun! While we like to park the car and not see it for days, for longer stays we will head to the Cliffs of Moher (10 mins) or Doolin (30 mins) and hop on a ferry to the beautiful, beautiful Aran Islands. The town of Ennistymon with its bourgeoning artisan food and vintage clothes scene is only 5 mins drive.

IMPORTANT: Stairs from street level to courtyard - approx. 12 wide steps. In the house there are 15 steps from living to sleeping levels.

24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

Bedroom 1: Super King bed, first floor (one floor up)

Bedroom 2: Standard Double , first floor (one floor up)

Bathroom 1: Family bathroom, first floor, shower only (pump)

Bathroom 2: WC ground floor (toilet and wash hand basin)

There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR ALL OUR PROPERTIES:

Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
