Fitted with highest standard with Neff, Siemans & Bosch appliances, 2 TVs, down draft extractor fan cooker in island, false fire simplex for cosy effect, underfloor heating throughout, constant hot water and maintained temperature via air to water heating system, trebble glazed windows, all bedrooms with blackout blinds.

Nice green spaces in Lahinch for children to play on, 1km walk to beach area. Beautiful continuous sea-view and country walk with 30-60 minute variation, suitable for running or cycling also.

Lahinch is within walking distance of 1km, a short drive to Liscannor, “The Rock Shop”, the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin. The Burren Perfumery is just 40 mins drive and the lovely town of Ennistymon is just 3KM drive. Spanish Point, Milltown Malbay is 20KM away, and Doonbeg is 40 mins drive. Ideal “home away from home” for golfers, family’s and holiday makers!

You will not have to worry about the heating system. Each room has its own thermostat dial which is set to a constant of 18 degrees Celsius. In winter the underfloor heating system kicks in, in summer it does not switch on unless the temperature drops below 20 degrees in the house. Bedroom windows can be left open a few hours during the day to allow for air circulation.

Useful information:

  • Check in from 4pm

  • Check-out at 10am

  • There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

  • Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

  • All children are welcome. High chairs and cots are available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

  • If your booking is made for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.


IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR ALL OUR PROPERTIES:

Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
