Modern 3 bedroom home a stones throw to Ennistymon town with off-street parking. Bright newly renovated home convenient to both Ennistymon and Lahinch. Just a 5 minute walk to the heart of Ennistymon to the art gallery's, coffee shops, pubs and river walk.  A 5 minute drive to Lahinch's famous surfing beach - or a 4km walk on the pedestrian footpath/cycle path.  Large open plan kitchen/living, sitting room, utility. 3 bedrooms each with King size bed. Spacious concrete area to the rear of home with the Inagh river in view from the kitchen window.

Ennistymon is a friendly town in heart of Clare with art gallery's, coffee shops and walk by the famous Falls on the River Inagh. Experience Irish traditional music sessions which regularly occur throughout the week in the various pubs.

3 floors each with 1 bedroom. Kitchen/sitting room and 1 bedroom are accessed through front door. House is on split level - back door enters to 2nd bedroom. 3rd bedroom is on top floor.

Central heating. Also wood burning stove available in sitting room.

IMPORTANT: Wifi is from a 4G EIR mobile broadband. Suitable for single users Netflix and youtube etc but not for multiple users or heavy use.

IMPORTANT: This property in located on the main road from Ennistymon to Lahinch, and beside a petrol station (EMO Petrol Station).

350 bus connecting to Lahinch/Cliffs of Moher/Doolin/Lisdoonvarna and onto Galway every 2 hours. Also to Ennis for all other connecting routes (Limerick/Dublin/Cork etc).

Two family bathrooms 

Lots of steps in this property. Not suitable for wheelchair users or the elderly.

  • Check in from 4pm

  • Check-out at 10am

  • There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

  • Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

  • All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

  • If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.

Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own.  980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms.  We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.

PROPERTY NOT SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS - LOTS OF STEPS LEADING TO ALL ROOMS. ALSO NOT SUITABLE FOR ELDERLY OR INFIRM.
