Ideally located in a detached plot surrounded by the beautiful Clare countryside and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean but still just a short walk to Lahinch village, beach, bars, restaurants and golf course. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite and a fully fitted dining kitchen. Outside is a newly built decking area perfect for BBQs and outdoor eating with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean
Access to all areas of the house and guests particularly love the outdoor decking with views of the Atlantic Ocean. There’s a large front garden for kids to play in. Feel free to use the BBQ (although we’d ask you to clean that on departure). Books and games for all to use too. House located close to neighbours and no parties or unsocial behaviour will be accepted. Washer and dryer are located outside the property, in a shed at the back.

Complimentary hand soap. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) or hairdryers.
24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.
If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.

Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.
Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.
There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.
We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.
Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.
If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
