Close to Moy Hill Organic Farm with stunning rural views - Beautiful, spacious, modern, fully-furnished four-bedroom house, on Ireland’s famous Wild Atlantic Way, just a ten-minute drive (five miles) from Lahinch, world famous for both surfing and golf! 

Less than five miles away is the town of Miltown-Malbay, famous for its traditional Irish music festival, ‘The Willie Clancy Festival’. 

The house is perched above Lahinch village with stunning views of West Clare and, on a clear day, Connemara. 

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area creates a wonderful space for family and group gatherings. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, yet minutes away from all that the West of Ireland can offer, look no further.

Gorse Cottage has 4 bedrooms - 2 double and 2 twin. 

Your stay will include:

  • 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

1 family bathroom on the ground floor, 1 family bathroom on the first floor.

  • Check-out at 10am

  • There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

  • Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

  • All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

  • If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.

This property has NO WIFI (Who needs WIFI at the beach?!)

The property has a Dongle that is suitable for quick use only. The Dongle is not suitable for work, streaming, or heavy usage. Service in Co Clare can be very patchy, and simply not work at times.


Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
