This apartment is right in the heart of Lahinch, less than 1 minute's walk to Main Street and the beach. Conveniently located only steps away from a grocery store, and within 1 minute walk to all pubs and restaurants. 

Although in the centre of town, it is tucked away so it remains quiet in the evening and the patio is private. This apartment has a full kitchen, with everything you need to stay in and cook, as well as a smart TV and wifi!

This apartment has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, which open up onto an enclosed balcony - perfect for private get togethers or families with small children.

There is one private parking space available.

IMPORTANT: Lots of steps leading to apartment, and both bedrooms are on the first floor (one floor up). 

Your stay will include:

  • Complimentary hand soap. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) or hairdryers.

  • 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

  • Bedroom 1: Triple Room – Double Bed and Single Bed (first floor)

  • Bedroom 2: Double Room – Double bed (first floor)

1 toilet on the ground floor and 1 family bathroom on the first floor.

  • Check in from 4pm

  • Check-out at 10am

  • There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

  • Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

  • All children are welcome. High chairs and cots are available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for health and safety reasons.

  • If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR ALL OUR PROPERTIES:

Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
