Exceptionally well located Luxury property which was lovingly refurbished in 2020. 

Situated on Station Road, Lahinch. Very convenient to Lahinch main centre and within a short walking distance of Lahinch beach. The house is an elevated detached bungalow with a stunning south facing garden. The entire property is gated and secure with surrounding walls which makes it very secure for a young family. Very bright open interiors on a sunny site. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with power showers. The 3rd bedroom can also be used as an office.  The house has underfloor heating with polished concrete floors. Very cozy in winter and summer with air to water heating. All rooms are temperature controlled. The house has wifi and cable data points throughout which makes it an excellent option for both work and leisure. 

The property occupies a beautifully appointed elevated position on the south side of Station Road, short distance from Main Street Lahinch and the 1.6kms of golden sand beach. Lahinch is one of Ireland’s most popular seaside resorts. It is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and it is famed for its golf link courses, it’s golden sand beach and as a venue for surfing. Lahinch and the surrounding area is exceptionally well serviced by a variety of hotels, shops, restaurants, leisure centres, pubs etc.

Getting around

Car, walking, bike. Regular bus service. Nearest train station is Ennis.

Air to water heating system with underfloor heating. Temperature controls for each room. Also has solid fuel stove in living room.

  • Check-out at 10am

  • There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

  • Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

  • All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

  • If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.


Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate and or is professional cleaning is needed.
